2000: Renamed Ha Tinh Minerals and Trading Company .
2003: Renamed Ha Tinh Minerals and Trading Corporation was established under Decision No. 61/2003 / QD-TTg dated April 18, 2003 by the Prime Minister.
2013: Company renamed Ha Tinh Minerals and Trading Joint Stock Corporation under Decision No. 1847 / QD-TTg of October 11, 2013 of the Prime Minister.
