HO TRAM PROJECT COMPANY LIMITED was established in 2008 as a 100% foreign invested company to directly operate “HO TRAM STRIP” project. It is known as a subsidiary of Asian Coast Development (Canada) Ltd which specializes in investing and constructing the resort complex. HO TRAM STRIP project is constructed to operate Ho Tram resort - entertainment tourism and international conference center complex which is located on total land area of approximately 157 hectares (include 5 zones). In the first phase of development, The Ho Tram Strip consists of 1,100 rooms, five-star hotel, world-class gaming facility, restaurants, premium meeting space, exclusive VIP area, championship golf course as well as a variety of beach-front recreation activities.Located on the coast of Phuoc Hai, Xuyen Moc District, Ba Ria - Vung Tau Province, Ramada Kahuna is the fifth project in The Grand Ho Tram Strip resort and entertainment complex. The project has a scale of 56,278m2 with a construction density of just over 16%, including 164 hotel apartments (condotel) and 44 beach villas.Previously, The Grand Ho Tram Strip went into operation in Jul 2013, with 541 rooms of 5-star standard rooms, a team of more than 2,000 professional training staffs. This is a hotel that owns a variety of entertainment facilities, especially the first licensed casino in Vietnam. More than a year later, the complex launched the 18-hole golf course - The Bluffs - a project is designed by Greg Norman. This project has helped the complex have a series of great awards such as "The best golf hotel in the world", "The most luxurious hotel in Vietnam in 2015", "The most luxurious coastal resort in the world" . At the same time, The Bluffs also promoted quickly in the list of "100 best golf courses in the world".By the end of 2016, Gallery Villas luxury villas with 60 integrated units in The Bluffs was introduced. Next, the second hotel building - The Beach Club is expected to operate in 2017. In addition to 560 hotel rooms, the project also has many auxiliary works such as a water park, an outdoor theater with a capacity of 2,000 guests and a bowling area ...
