Nui Phao Mining Company Ltd. was founded in 2004 in Thai Nguyen Province to implement Nui Phao Project. In 2010, Masan Group entered into agreements with investors of Nuiphaovica to acquire control in Nuiphaovica. Accordingly, NUI PHAO MINING COMPANY LTD was officially founded in 2010 to own and operate Nui Phao Project. The subject is exploiting and processing tungsten, fluorite, bismuth, bronze ore at Nui Phao Mine, which is the world's largest tungsten mine, with an estimated reserve of 66 million tons. According to the subject's annual report, the subject supplies commercial tungsten oxide to MASAN TUNGSTEN LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY (the subject's subsidiary) to continue processing into APT, BTO, YTO to export to Germany, Janan, Singapore, USA and India, etc. With fluorite products, the subject exports directly to India, Netherlands, UAE, Japan, Canada, ... markets. Bismuth products are exported to Hong Kong (China) and bronze ore are supplied to the domestic market.
