Phuong Dong Petroleum Tourism Joint Stock Company (Cong Ty Co Phan Du Lich Dau Khi Phuong Dong) (Vietnam)

Phuongdong Petroleum Tourism Joint Stock Company (PTC) is a company located in Vinh City, Nghe An Province. They are involved in various business lines including tourism, hotels, restaurants, domestic and international travel services, office leasing services, transportation of passengers by road, buying and selling fertilizers, petroleum and petroleum products, processing and trading agricultural products, trading in materials and equipment for the tourism industry, real estate business, processing and trading animal feed, and providing air ticket services and public transportation. PTC was originally a state-owned enterprise and was established in 1994 under the name Phoenix Hotel. In 1996, it was renamed Orient Tourism Hotel Company. In 2002, Vietnam Oil and Gas Group became a member unit of the company and changed its name to Orient Petroleum Tourism Company. In 2007, the company held a General Meeting of Shareholders and changed its name to Orient Petroleum Tourism Joint Stock Company. In 2008, the company's shares were officially traded at the Hanoi Stock Exchange with the stock code PDC.
