History:
1976: The company s predecessor was Quang Ninh Construction and Water Supply Company, established on October 1, 1976.
2010: The company was converted into Quang Ninh Clean Water Business One Member Co., Ltd. on June 2, 2010
2013: Quang Ninh Clean Water Joint Stock Company officially operated as a joint stock company from December 31, 2013 according to the business registration certificate of the joint stock company No. 5700100104 issued by the Department of Planning and Investment of Quang Ninh province.
On December 7, 2015, the Company organized a written General Meeting of Shareholders to approve the increase in the company s charter capital according to the results of determining the enterprise value when finalizing the handover from Quang Ninh Clean Water Trading One Member Co., Ltd. to Quang Ninh Clean Water Joint Stock Company. The re-determined value increased by 33,615,789,959 VND, which will be recorded as an increase in the State s capital contribution at the Joint Stock Company. The General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company unanimously approved the increase in charter capital with 100 of the Company s voting shares.
On December 22, 2015, the Company was granted the Certificate of Business Registration No. 5700100104, the 8th change, with a charter capital of 402,951,789,959 VND.
On October 9, 2017, the Company was approved by the State Securities Commission for its public company registration dossier according to Official Dispatch No. 6676/GSDC-UBCK.
2018: The Company first traded on UPCoM with a reference price of VND 13,700/share and stock code NQN on June 15, 2018.
