Founded in early 2006 as a wholly owned subsidiary of DAEWOO ENGINEERING & CONSTRUCTION CO., LTD from South Korea. The subject is known as investor of STARLAKE project (formally known as the Central Area of Tay Ho New Town Project), which is an advance urban area project with complex of high-rise buildings, villas and Semi-detached houses. This complex project is implemented on total land area of 186,3 hectares with two phases.In which, the first phase was from Jun 2010 to Dec 2019 and the second phase is from Jan 2020 to Dec 2025. The subject started clearance activities in Jan 2010 and received the land allocation decision in Aug 2012. In Nov 2012, the groundbreaking of STARLAKE project was performed.DAEWOO ENGINEERING & CONSTRUCTION VIETNAM COMPANY LIMITED the major contractor of the STARLAKE project. That company is also wholly owned subsidiary of DAEWOO ENGINEERING & CONSTRUCTION CO., LTD.About the project progress of the first phase, the subject's three 24-story apartment building have been finished construction and are going to be hand over in October 2020. In the past, the villas were finished construction and had four times of sale opening including Jul 2016, Dec 2016, Jul 2017 and Apr 2018. Additionally, the subject officially opened for sale of apartments in May 2018.About the project progress of the second phase, the infrastructure was started construction in Dec 2019. In Apr 2020, the subject officially opened for sale of villas.
