Tong Cong Ty 36-Cong Ty Co Phan, also known as 36 Corporation - JSC, is a company located in Ha Noi, Vietnam. It was established on April 4, 1996, as 36 Construction Enterprise and later upgraded to 36 Commercial Construction Investment Co., Ltd. in March 2006. In August 2011, it was reorganized as Corporation No. 3036, operating as a Parent-Subsidiary Company. On February 22, 2016, the Prime Minister approved the share plan of the parent company, transforming it into Corporation 36 - Joint Stock Company. Over the years, 36 Corporation has shown significant growth, with total assets reaching VND 2003.6 billion and revenue of nearly VND 2016.4 billion. The company is well-known for its construction projects, including high-rise buildings, industrial factories, M&E systems, real estate investment, dams, reservoirs, port and airport facilities, and road construction.
