1976: Formerly of FICO is the Building Materials Company No.1 under the Ministry of Construction was established.
1980: Renamed to Union of terracotta, Tile Enterprise, under the Ministry of Construction.
1984: Reorganization of the Union of Building Materials Factory No.1, under the Ministry of Construction under Decision No.1390/BXD-TCCB on October 13, 1984.
1995: Building Materials Corporation No.1 was established under Decision No. 997/BXD-TCLD on November 20, 1995.
2005: FICO came to operate as a parent company under 2438/QD-BXD by decision of the Ministry of Construction on December 30, 1995.
2016: The company officially operates in the form of a joint stock company named Fico Corporation JSC on 1 October 2016.
2018: First trading company on UPCoM with stock code FIC on 02 August 2018.
