The Company s history:
1956: The Oil, lub and Grease Corporation which was set up by Decree 09/BTN on January 12,1956 by The Minister of Commerce and was reestablished by Decision 224/TTG on April 17, 1995 by the Prime Minister
1995: Renamed into Vietnam National Petrolium Corporation unde the Decision 224/TTg issued by Prime Minister on April 17, 1995.
2011: The Corporation was continously changed its name to Vietnam National Petrolium Group, operating under the Business Registration Certificate No. 0100107370 issued on December 01, 2011.
2012: The Group became a Public Company following Document No. 2946/UBCK-QLPH issued by State Securities Commission of Vienam dated August 17, 2012
2017: Shares of the company were traded on Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange with the ticket PLX on April 21, 2017.
