European energy trading and investment company EFT Group established its Serbian subsidiary EFT Trade D.O.O. in 2011. The main activity of the firm is consulting services and it is also engaged in electricity trading. The Belgrade-based unit received its local electricity trading licence in August 2011. The company also runs a lignite mine and thermal power plant in Stanari, Bosnia and Herzegovina.
