Paper maker Fabrika Hartije Beograd was initially established in 1921 and is among the oldest companies in the country. In 2005 is was privatized. The Belgrade-based factory manufactures paper, cardboard, corrugated paper and other paper products. It is also engaged in recycling waste paper. Since 2008 Fabrika Hartije Beograd is member of the Kappa Star Group. The current capacity of the plant is 90 000 tones.
