Galenika-Fitofarmacija A.D. was incorporated in 1997 when is spun off from local holding company Galenika. In 1999 it was transformed into a joint stock company with more than 1,900 shareholders. In 2001 it was listed on the Belgrade Stock Exchange.
Galenika-Fitofarmacija is primarily engaged in the manufacture of plant protection products. The company operates manufacturing facilities in Zemun, Ruma and Arilje which span over more than 10,000 square meters.
