Serbian food producer and trader Grand Prom was set up as a limited liability company in 1997 by local businessman Slobodan Vucicevic. The company started its main business activity, coffee processing and distribution, in mid-1998.
Grand Prom manufactures a wide variety of whole bean and ground coffee under the brands Grand DeLuxe, Grand Aroma, Grand Aroma Light, Grand Gold and Grand Espresso; as well as hot chocolate under the brand Grand Choco Topla Cokolada.
In April 2004, Grand Prom opened a coffee making plant in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
In early 2008, Droga Kolinska increased its stake in the company to 100%.
