Belgrade-based Trans Cargo Logistic (TCL) was established in 2002 by Austrian Trans Cargo Logistic GmbH. The Serbian unit is primarily engaged in providing transportation and freight forwarding services. It is involved in rail, buss and water transportation. In 2014 Porodica Vukicevic bought the 50% stake of its Austrian partner and as of 2017 he is 100% owner of the TCL.
