Jagodina-based meet processing company Yuhor was established in 1990.
In 2003, the export-orientated firm opened a EUR 4.6 million stockbreeding farm and slaughterhouse.
In December 2004, local Delta group acquired a 87.22% stake in the company for EUR 7.5 million.
In November 2009, Yuhor received a Halal certificate, which enables the export to most Isliamic countries.
According to Euromonitor International, in 2010 Yuhor ranked 5th with 8.1% share of the local canned/preserved food market in terms of RSP.
