Emirates Reit (Ceic) Plc is a real estate investment trust located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Founded in 2010, it is the largest listed Sharia compliant REIT in the UAE and the first DFSA licensed REIT. The company was the first REIT in the Middle East and was listed on Nasdaq Dubai in DIFC on April 8, 2014. Emirates Reit has raised USD 400 million through a Sukuk in December 2017 and currently manages approximately USD 842.7 million in assets.
