In 2022, The Company changed its name from Blink Biz Holdings LLC to Pure Health Holding LLC and increased the share capital of the Company from AED 300 thousand to AED 1,000 thousand on 1 January 2022.
In 2023, The Company s shares were listed on 19 December 2023 on the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) under ticker symbol PUREHEALTH . The Company s Initial Public Offering (IPO) raised a total of AED 3.62 billion (US 986 million).
n October 20 ,2023, the general assembly of the company resolved pursuant to a special reolution to approve the conversion of the legal form of the company into public jointstock company and list its shares in Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange.
