The West Indies Oil Company Limited (WIOC) is a regional downstream energy company whose core business activity encompasses the storage, distribution, and marketing of refined petroleum products, as well as aviation fueling, marine services, and ancillary laboratory and terminal operations supporting the petroleum supply chain in the Eastern Caribbean. The company is headquartered in St. John’s, Antigua and Barbuda, with principal operations in Antigua and Barbuda and Dominica, serving customers across the wider Eastern Caribbean region. WIOC is a publicly listed company on the Eastern Caribbean Securities Exchange (ECSE). The company was incorporated on March 24, 1961, under the laws of Antigua and Barbuda. Its principal products include gasoline, diesel, jet fuel, liquefied petroleum gas (LPG), and heavy fuel oil, supported by bulk storage infrastructure and distribution terminals that form critical energy infrastructure for the region.
