The bank provides a wide range of banking services: settlement and cash services, various consumer, business and mortgage loans, deposits, plastic cards, money transfers, documentary transactions, traveller's checks, rent of bank safes, remote customer service, etc. The Bank’s shareholders include 2 largest financial institutions of Germany: Investment Company DEG, a member of KfW banking group, and Sparkassen International Development Trust, a member of financial group Sparkassen-Finanzgruppe, which have owned a 20,7% stock of Bank Respublika since April 28, 2005. Bank Respublika is a member of the following organizations: Deposit insurance fund, Presidium of the Azerbaijan Banks Association, National Confederation of Entrepreneurs of Azerbaijan, US Chamber of Commerce in Azerbaijan (AMCHAM).
