The Janjos trading company was established in 1992 in the town of Prijedor, about 175 kilometres northwest of Sarajevo.
The company is active in the wholesale and retail sale of alimentary goods, cigarettes, alcohol and beverages, construction materials, cosmetics and other consumer goods.
It currently employs some 270 people operating trade outlets in five municipalities of Bosnia's Serb republic.
The company claims it owns real estate worth almost KM 1.0 million, equipment for KM 415,000 and has investments of some KM 375,000.
It also owns majority stakes in two local trade enterprises Velepromet and Trgoprodaja.
