Bosnian hydropower complex Hidroelektrane (HE) na Vrbasu is part of Bosnian Serb Republic's power utility Elektroprivreda RS. The state-owned company, listed on the Banja Luka Stock Exchange, is based near the western city of Mrkonjic Grad in the Serb Republic which, together with the Muslim-Croat Federation, makes up postwar Bosnia and Herzegovina. The complex comprises hydroelectric power plants HE Bocac, Jajce I and Jajce II. The company operates two aggregates with an installed active capacity of 55 MW each and an annual production of 307.5 gigawatt hours (gWh) of electricity. The electricity output of Elektroprivreda RS is made up of five companies: Hidroelektrane na Drini, Hidroelektrane na Trebisnjici, Hidroelektrane na Vrbasu, Rudnik I Termoelektrana (RiTE) Gacko and RiTE Ugljevik.
