Bosnia-based Zepter Invest AD is an investment fund management company established in 2000. Its core activity is the management of Zepter Fond AD, which was established in 2002 and turned into a closed-end investment fund in 2007 with a share capital of BAM 1.0 million.
The fund's portoflio of securities comprises shares and bonds traded on the stock exchanges of the Serb Republic in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Macedonia, Serbia, Montenegro, Albania, Moldova, Ukraine, Russia, the EU, the OECD, as well as shares in closed-end and opened-end investment funds traded on those markets. In addition, the portoflio of Zepter Fond AD also includes state and municipal securities issued in the EU, OECD and CEFTA.
