The company was incorporated on 22 September, 2003 under The Companies Act 1994 as a Private Limited Company. It commenced its commercial
operation in 2003. And converted into Public Ltd Co. on 25 July, 2012.
The company changed it s name from Advanced Data Networks System Limited to ADN Telecom Limitid on 15 April, 2012 .
The company listed on DHAKA CHITTAGONG STOCK EXCHANGE on December 2019 under symbol ADNTEL .
