History:
2000:The Company was incorporated as a Public Limited Company on March 14, 2000 and commenced its business on April 3, 2000.
2005:The Company went into initial public offering on February 10, 2005 and listed on Dhaka Stock Exchange on March 5, 2005.
2025: The Company has officially changed name from Agrani Insurance Company Limited to Agrani Insurance PLC and it is effective as of November 12, 2025.
