The Company s principal activities are dyeing grege fabrics and finishing, printing, stitching and exporting home textile products, such as all sorts of towel, bar mop, bath mat, bath rob, grill pad, wash cloth, ehram for haj, kitchen gloves, dish cloth, draw sheet, mommy napkin, bed sheet, bed cover and pillow cover.
History:
The Company was incorporated on January 24, 1985 as a Private Limited Company under the Companies Act, 1913 now repealed and re-enacted as the Companies Act, 1994.
The Company was converted into a Public Limited Company on October 25, 1994.
The Company was listed on Dhaka Stock Exchange Ltd. (DSE) on 31 August 1996 and Chittagong Stock Exchange Ltd. (CSE) on 7 August 1996.
