History:
2005 : The Company was incorporated as a Private Limited Company with the issuance of the Certificate of Incorporation bearing No-C-55783 (2466)/05 dated February 07, 2005 by the Registrar of Joint Stock Companies Firms .
2006 : The Company commenced its commercial production on July 12, 2006.
2012: Subsequently, the shareholders in their Extra-Ordinary General Meeting held on February 22, 2012 aprroved conversion of status of the company from a private limited to a public limited company.
2015 : The Company has been listed on Chittagong Stock Exchange on 30 July 2015 and on Dhaka Stock Exchange on 18 August 2015.
2025 : The Company Changed it s name from Aman Feed Limited to Aman Feed PLC on October 9, 2025.
