1993 : The Company was incorporated in Bangladesh on September 28, 1993 as a Private Limited Company vide registration No.C-24705(539)/93 under the Companies Act, 1913 (VII of 1913) having its registered office at Dhaka.
1994 : It was converted into Public Limited Company on January 30, 1994.
1997 : The Company commenced its s commercial operation in March 01, 1997.
2018 : The Company was listed on Dhaka Stock Exchange and Chittagong Stock Exchange on June 19, 2018.
