1980 : The Company was incorporated on 13 November, 1980 as a 'Private Company limited by shares and registered with the Registrar of Joint Stock Companies Firms of Bangladesh under the Companies Act, 1913 vide Registration No. C-8514(353). The Company commenced it s operation on 1 December 1980.
2010 :The Company registered itself as a Public Limited Company under the Companies Act, 1994 on 20 December, 2010,.
2013 : The Company was listed on Dhaka Stock Exchange on 22 July, 2013 and on Chittagong Stock Exchange on 15 July, 2013.
