The Company s principal activity is to set up power plants for generation and supply of electricity.
The Company was incorporated on August 20, 2007 as a Private Company limited by shares and converted into a Public Limited Company on October 29, 2011. Asian Entech Power Corporation Limited and OPG Energy (pvt.) Limited were participated in a bidding process of three power plants through joint venture agreement and win the bids.
The Company listed on Dhaka and Chittagong Stock Exchange on 30 March 2016.
