The Company was, located at Chittagong, a sister concern of Hakkani Group has been incorporated in RJSCO on December 28, 1996 as a Public Limited Company and already has been issued public shares in 2001. Authorized capital of the company is Tk. 500 million and paid-up capital is Tk. 190 million. The project commenced commercial production at the end of 2003. Under the guidance of ten members Board of Director of the company is run by a management team headed by the managing director with a view to run the company efficiently.
