The Company was incorporated in Bangladesh as a Private Limited Company with the issuance of Certificate of incorporation bearing no. C-116665/14 dated on June 18, 2014 by the Registrar of Joint Stock Companies Firms. The Company Converted into public Limited Company on October 21, 2014 .
The Company was listed with Dhaka Stock Exchange Limited (DSE) on 23th September 2018 and Chittagong Stock Exchanges Limited (CSE) on 30th September 2018.
