International Leasing And Financial Services Limited (Bangladesh)

The Company was incorporated on January 15, 1996 as a Public Limited Company under the Companies Act, 1994.
The Company obtained license from Bangladesh Bank on February 19, 1996 under the Financial Institutions Act, 1993 and commenced its operations on March 24, 1996 with the prime objective of developing productive enterprises of the country through offering lease financing and other financial products, tailored to the needs of the clients.
The Company was listed on both Dhaka and Chittagong Stock Exchanges on September 16, 2007 with authorized 3,000 ordinary shares of Taka 100 each.
The Company has already obtained license from Bangladesh Bank as Primary Dealer to buy and sell Government Treasury Bond on December 11, 2003. The services rendered by the company are lease finance, term finance, work order finance, factoring, capital market investment, primary dealership, syndication financing and term deposit scheme.
The Company operates its stock market and merchant banking operation through its wholly owned two subsidiary companies namely International Leasing Securities Limited and IL Capital Limited.
The Company provides finance for the purpose of acquisition of capital machineries, equipment and vehicles for industrial and commercial purposes; renovation or improvement of existing industrial and commercial units; term financing to companies, institutions and other corporate bodies; and acceptance of deposits on various attractive schemes.
The Company has been running its business in accordance with the approved Code of Conduct.
