Intraco Refueling Station Limited (Bangladesh)

The Company is involved in the operation of CNG Refueling Station in different places in Bangladesh. Besides this, the company has taken the initiative to establish a LPG Storage and Distribution Plant in Gazaria, Munshiganj, to considering its potentiality and identifying the opportunity to serve the nation.
The Company was incorporated in Bangladesh as a Private Limited Company vide Registration No. C-66298(3790)/07 dated 27th March, 2007.
The Company had been converted into a Public Limited Company on 28th June 2015 under the Companies Act, 1994. The registered office and principal place of business of the company has changed and is newly located at INTRACO CENTER, House 40, Block J, Pragati Sarani, Baridhara, Dhaka-1212.
The shares of the Company were listed on both Dhaka Stock Exchange on April 26, 2018 and Chittagong Stock Exchange on May 06, 2018. The trading of shares of the Company was started from May 17, 2018 in both the Stock Exchanges.
