It was incorporated on February 27, 2001 as a Public Limited Company with the Registrar of Joint Stock Companies (RJSC) under the Companies Act, 1994. It was quoted in Dhaka Chittagong Stock Exchange in 2005 with authorized shares Tk.1000000 which dividend into 10000 ordinary shares of 100 tk for each.
It started its commercial operation (Investment) on April 19, 2001.
