1996 : The Company was incorporated on July, 23 1996.
1999: The Company was commenced its commercial production in June, 1999.
2000 : The Company was listed on Dhaka Stock Exchange 2000 and Chittagong Stock Exchanges on 22 January 2000.
2016 : The Company changed its year end from 31 December to 30 June in 2016.
2023 : The Company has informed that an EGM of the company will be held to consider and approve change the name of the company to Legacy Footwear PLC from Legacy Footwear Limited on July 17, 2023
