2010:The Company started its commercial operation on 21 March 2010
2014: The Company was converted into a Public Limited Company on 25 August 2014.
2017: The Company was listed on Dhaka Stock Exchange on 31 October 2017 and Chittagong Stock Exchange on October 24, 2017, with trading code OIMEX.
