Saiham Cotton Mills Ltd (Bangladesh)

The Company produces cotton yarns for the export-oriented knitting industry in Bangladesh to manufacture quality yarns for the management of used lean manufacturing methods, statistical process control, total preventive maintenance and statistical quality control in their factory production line.

To export high quality and cost competitive cotton carded and combed yarn products all over the world through formation of mutually beneficial relationships with buyers and suppliers based on moral and ethical long-term business values and to enhance the image of Bangladeshi made products to make Bangladesh a part of the global community of peace-loving nations.

To sustain and enhance the high quality image of Saiham Cotton Mills Ltd. through development and marketing of our own designs, packaging, special finishes, branding using creativity and ingenuity to enhance the value of our product for customers and shareholders.
History:
2002:The Company was incorporated on 30 May, 2002.
2003: The Company changed its name to Saiham Cotton Mills Limited on 16 April 2003.
2010:The Company has been converted into a Public Limited Company on March 25, 2010.
2012:The Company was listed on Dhaka Stock Exchange in 2012 and Chittagong Stock Exchange on 24 June 2012.
2016:The Company has changed Year End from 30-4-2016 to 30-6-2016.
