The Company is engaged in manufacturing different types of classical Indigo Denim through the integrated manufacturing process of weaving, dyeing, and finishing.
The Company uses the most modern computerized slasher dyeing technology in its production process. The main raw material used for the production is yarn, which the Company imports from the overseas markets mainly from China, India, and Pakistan.
The Company was incorporated as a Private Limited Company on October 28, 1996, and subsequently converted into a Public Limited Company on August 3, 1997.
The Company was listed on Dhaka in February 18, 2015 and Chittagong Stock Exchanges on January 17, 2015.
The Company changed its year-end from December 2015 to June 2016.
