The Company is engaged in Off-Dock services with Inland Container Depot (ICD) and Container freight station (CFS) facilities.

History :
2003 : The Company was incorporated as a Private Limited Company under the Companies Act, 1994 on 06 December 2003
2008 : The Company was converted into a Public Limited Company on 06 March 2008.
2008: The Company was listed on Dhaka Stock Exchange and Chittagong Stock Exchange in 16 October 2008.
The Company changed its Year-End from December to June.
