Aiko Multi Consept is a Bulgaria-based furniture retailer. The company operates four Аико stores throughout the country - in Stara Zagora, Burgas and two in the capital Sofia. The firm offers a wide assortment of items divided into the following groups - furniture, household textile products, baby products, flooring and wallpapers, household goods, kitchen, lighting, decoration and garden.
Aiko Multi Consept was established in 2006 by Marian Dushkov. In 2007, the newly established enterprise took over the activities of another company owned by the local businessman - furniture retail chain AIKO. In April 2011, Aiko Multi Consept sold its 100% stake in Aiko to Austrian HLSEE Holding. The same year the firm was renamed into MD Immobilien.
