Bulgarian software dealer ACT Soft is a private company founded in 1993 in the capital Sofia.
ACT soft was the first company in the country to distribute the product of the world's largest software maker Microsoft Corp.
In 1994, the company signed distribution agreements with Canadian software developer Corel Corp., U.S. security software maker Symantec Corp. and Hungary's software maker Graphisoft.
In 1997, the company broadened its sales portfolio by adding the products of U.S. software maker Adobe Systems Inc.
In 2001, ACT Soft signed distribution deals with U.S. software maker ScanSoft Inc. and U.S. business software maker Computer Associates International Ltd.
Currently, the company has become a dealer of the products of the German Nero AG and Pantone and Autodesk, USA.
