Bulgarian Holding Company AD is a public company founded on 30 September 1996 to participate in the first wave of mass privatization and became the third biggest privatization fund in Bulgaria. Bulgarian Holding Co acquires, manages, evaluates and sells equity holdings in Bulgarian and foreign companies; acquires, manages and sells bonds; acquires, evaluates and sells patents; assists and concedes licenses for patents to companies in which Bulgarian Holding Co is a shareholder.
