Bianor Holding is a Bulgarian software company which focuses on providing mobile consultancy and engineering services. The group, which operates offices in Sofia and New York, is engaged in the development of mobile applications, also provides solutions in the area of mobile communications and telecommunications and web-based products in the area of business processes optimization.
Bianor Holding was set up as Arexus in 1998. Dutch Internet consultancy Framfab bought 51% in Arexus in 2000, renaming it into Framfab Bulgaria. In 2001, the global decline in the Internet industry made the mother company sell its stake in Framfab Bulgaria to its domestic management. The firm was renamed Bianor after the deal.
