Capital Management REIT (Bulgaria)

Capital Management REIT is a publicly traded company based in Sofia, Bulgaria. It was incorporated in October 2005 and licensed by the Financial Supervision Commission in January 2006. The company's main objective is to raise funds through the issuance of securities and invest the raised capital in receivables securitization. They also engage in the buying and selling of receivables and other related trading activities. Capital Management REIT structures a diversified portfolio of receivables, investing in various types of receivables from different sectors of the economy in different regions of Bulgaria. The company's investment policy does not impose any restrictions on the type of receivables for securitization. Their investment goals include increasing the value and market price of issued shares, increasing dividend payments to shareholders, while simultaneously preserving and increasing the value of their own capital and managing risk. The company finances its investments using its own capital and may also issue debt securities to further expand its activities. The majority of Capital Management REIT's portfolio consists of receivables from bank loans, acquired through assignment agreements with Bulgarian commercial banks. The remaining receivables securitized by the company are based on intercompany loans.
