Den i Nosht (Day and Night) is a confectionery manufacturer headquartered in Gorna Oryahovitsa, in the central part of the country.
Day and Night produces five wafers varieties with peanut, hazelnut and walnut stuffing, under the same-name trade mark. It also makes ten wafer types varying in taste and size, under the trademark Borovets.
The company has capacity to produce some 60,000,000 wafers per month.
Day and Night started wafer exports in early 2004. The company sells its products in Poland, Romania, Australia, Albania and Greece. It operates an office and a warehouse in Warsaw.
