The company G.M. EOOD - Sofia is active in the manufacture of starch, glucose, dextrin and high quality ethyl alcohol.
The company was established in 1938. Starts with the production of liquid glucose. After the nationalisation has made expansion and installation of new equipment. In 1975 the newly built factory for the production of crystal and medical glucose was put into action. In 1991 the company becomes an independent unit under the Ministry of Agriculture with the name "Geo Milev EOOD. Since 1999 the company is entirely privately owned.
