Bulgarian diversified holding company Holding Sveta Sofia was set up in 1996 as a privatisation fund under the country's voucher privatisation programme.
It was transformed into a holding company in 1998.
Its main activity is acquisition, management and sale of stakes and shares in other companies.
The holding holds majority stakes in companies active in the following fields: financial services, real estates, accommodation, tourism, manufacture and trade in textile products, elevator maintenance and repair.
