Kartex P was established in 1996 as a wholesaler and retailer of flooring materials. The company imports as well as exports fitted carpets, linoleum, laminated parquet and PVC flooring.
In 2007 it was transformed into a joint stock company.
The headquarters and the storehouses of Kartex P are located in the city of Sofia. The company, which employs over 150 men, is also running outlets in Plovdiv, Varna, Burgas, Stara Zagora, Pleven, Ruse, Dobrich and Veliko Tarnovo.
Kartex provides its clients with more than 2 000 000 sq. m. of flooring materials annually. The company’s stores, which are operating under the trade mark of CarpetMax, are covering total merchant area of 18,000 sq. m.
