Metalopak Ad was established in 1961 as the subject of activity is producing cold-press products and metal packaging. Since 1997 the enterprise has been a joint-stock company in which the state owns 20.19 of the shares, while the remaining 79.81 of the company privatized.
Metalopak produces and sells:
- Tanks and boxes for white brined cheese with a capacity of 1, 2, 4, 5, 9 and 18 litres made of lithographed tin.
- Steel tubes for liquid fuels and oils with a capacity of 5, 10 and 20 litres of petrol and corrosion protective lacquer coating made from quality steel with a thickness of 0.8 mm.
- Metal drums and hoops for storage of liquid, paste and bulk products with a capacity of 200 litres and various openings.
- Galvanized buckets of water, construction and household needs and capacity of 9 and 12 litres made of steel with a thickness of 0.55 mm.
- Metal bins and a capacity of 110 liters for specialized utility vehicles.
The company's shares have been listed on the Bulgaria Stock Exchange since May 8, 2001.
