Prisma Lux is a Bulgarian voucher operator. The company was established in 1996 by the two local business-men Stefan Vitkov and Stefan Nikolov. Prisma Lux received its license to operate on the food-voucher market by the Ministry of finance in 2004.
Prisma Lux attends its subscribers with assistance in developing and applying the food voucher system.
In 2000 Herbstmond Bulgaria, the local arm of the Liechtenstein-based company, acquired 99.99% of Prisma’s shares, while the other two co-founders kept equal shares of 0.005%. Currently, Prisma has two shareholders – Herbstmond and Mr. Stefan Nikolov.
